Day 2: What's Your Bedtime Reading Ritual?

Step 1: Climb into bed. 
Step 2: Tell myself that I'm going to read before bed. 
Step 3: End up getting too sleepy/ comfy to read. 
Step 4: Fall asleep with my lights on. 
Step 5: Wake up the next morning having not read. 
Step 6: Repeat.
